Barrett launched as a temporary staffing service in 1951, and has since been at the forefront of the industry by developing and providing innovative staffing services to thousands of companies across the United States.

This program is for long-term staffing assignments.  Many of these employees choose to work in a flexible but long-term assignment mode.  Examples include experienced human resource managers, engineers, plant maintenance and electronic assembly workers.  The staffing requirements for entire departments may be outsourced to Barrett for a long-term project.
